Getting these accepted first time

  • Photograph: plain light background, full face, both ears visible, no cap or dark glasses, neutral expression, no shadow across the face.
  • Signature: sign with black or dark blue ink on plain white paper in running hand. Block capital letters are rejected by several boards.
  • Signature photos taken on a phone: shoot in daylight, hold the phone parallel to the paper, then turn on “Clean up” to strip the grey paper tint.
  • Print size in cm: switch the unit to cm and enter the measurement from your notification — 300 DPI is the standard for print.
